As part of my role as Communications & Program Manager at Creative Migration, I led the refinement of Bangkok 1899’s brand identity and communications strategy across digital and public-facing platforms, with the support of the Communications & Program Assistant. I revised and developed both internal and external communications strategies, aligning key messages, tools and content with priority target groups.

This work included leading the design and development of the new website, editing and refining copy, and selecting imagery to ensure a clear, consistent and compelling narrative. I clarified and articulated the relationships between Creative Migration, Na Projects and the Ford Community Center, strengthening public understanding of the ecosystem supporting Bangkok 1899.

In parallel, I led strategic external communications to advance the recognition of the venue and its programming. I established the visual direction for social media and newsletter communications, updated and developed digital channels, and ensured the brand remained responsive to evolving digital and societal trends in the communications landscape.

To support long-term consistency and growth, I led the development of an internal branding handbook and produced updated presentation decks, including materials for venue rental, artist residencies and external presentations. Together, these efforts strengthened Bangkok 1899’s visibility, coherence and positioning across audiences and platforms.
