Produce clear, effective communications materials, including project documentation, website copy, research summaries, web features, social media content, award submissions, and presentations.
Develop and execute communication strategies tailored to cultural, creative, and sustainability-focused projects.
Lead project management across multicultural environments, coordinating timelines, collaborators, deliverables, and cross-team communication.
Provide creative consulting to refine narratives, strengthen messaging, and align communication goals with artistic and organisational vision.

Social Media & Digital Presence
Manage social media channels end-to-end, from content planning and editorial calendars to posting, monitoring engagement, and optimizing performance.
Craft stories and digital narratives that resonate across diverse audiences and support community and stakeholder engagement.
Media Relations & Partnerships
Serve as the first point of contact for media, handling press requests, inquiries, and scheduling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and cultural publications.
Oversee all communications with the press, including press releases, media kits, interviews, and follow-ups.
Identify and explore partnership opportunities with cultural institutions, brands, and organisations for increased visibility and project development.
Awards, Grants & Funding
Research relevant awards, grants, and funding programmes that align with an organisation’s goals and project ambitions.
Write and coordinate submissions for international competitions, awards, and funding opportunities.
Maintain and update comprehensive tracking systems for awards, grants, deadlines, and application progress.
