Here & There
Here and There is a cultural exchange program that organises and facilitates projects, exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and discussions to reflect on contemporary life and explore the future of traditions. Aware of the importance of increased cultural diversity and wider sharing of values, Here and There aims at setting up a network of international designers and creative practitioners in Europe and Asia, tie a new generation of creative entrepreneurs and offer opportunities to seek unfamiliar territories for their professional development and to promote intercultural tolerance.
As a project coordinator and communications manager I took care of funding applications, partnership development, written communication content (website, exhibitions, publications), overseeing creative projects and special events (workshops, lectures, discussions, networking events), research funding opportunities, establish production schedule, support ongoing programs and exhibits, conduct research and share findings, manage media relations.

The Ratchaprasong Art Maze
The Ratchaprasong Art Maze gathered 6 open-air, public installations by top contemporary Thai artists. Through this unique site-specific project the artists shared and exchanged opinions with the public outside of traditional museum and gallery space.
The event took place in the heart of Bangkok, in the Ratchaprasong district during 13 October-13 November 2016, with 40,000 visitors daily.
As a communications manager (international team) I was writing, editing, and proofreading deliverables (program copy, artist bios, social media campaigns, press releases, etc), liaising with team members, members of the media, artists, general public, support art production team, and development of reports.
BUKRUK II
BUKRUK II Urban Arts Festival was held between 24-31 January 2016 and featured not only public wall paintings but also art exhibitions, artist talks, animation night and two stages music open-air festival, mobile print shop, visual happenings, mapping projection and workshops.
I worked as an art&event coordinator taking responsibility for organising the artist talk and workshops in collaboration with Thailand Creative and Design Center, furthermore managing 6 exhibitions and the mobile print shop. In addition to that, I assisted chief program managers in building and managing relationships with partners, collaborated with both internal and external teams to ensure successful events, facilitated project meetings, tracked initiatives and follow-up on deliverables.
